However, there are several things you could do to keep you to have such a good visual perception. This includes regular treatment and proper care. All of which to maintain your visual perception good in any age especially when you reach the age of 40.
Things You could Do to Keep Your Vision Clear
1. Avoid Direct Sunlight
Try to avoid direct sunlight when you were outside especially when the sun gave its best performance in the summer. You could use dark eyeglass or those famous monochrome eyeglass which will adjust the dark level of the glass according to how hot is the sun shining that day.
2. Take Good Food Especially for Your Eyes
Any food contain high vitamin A has been known to be able to keep your vision stay healthy. However, this vitamin will not be able to work alone. There has be some other source of vitamin such as C, E, lutein, zeaxanthin, and zinc to maintain the good work.
3. Visit the Professionals
Visiting some professionals at the local hospital or clinic will have to maintain you to have a good visual perception. They will suggest you the good way to keep your sight healthy and away from those issues. Better you visit them before anything bad happens to maintain a healthy vision.
4. Limit Your Gadget Time
Using gadget in a long term will also make your eyes blurry. It is because you usually just use your sight for short distances and forget to take some rest. Every 5 minutes try to move your focus on something with a far distance to keep your vision away from blurry.
5. Keep Your Eyes Clean after Make Up
Try to always clean your make up after you done using it especially around your eyes before you sleep. All those dust and dirt on your eyes could easily irritate your eyes when the get in the eye especially when you sleep. You might waking up with swollen red eyes or other worse scenario.
6. Stop Smoking
Researches say that smoking could give a bigger chance for you to get cataract, macula degeneration, optical issue which lead to losing some vision and broke the retina.
7. Enough Sleep
Make sure you have enough sleep in a day to keep you to have a good and clear vision. Your eyes will tell you when is the best time to rest it for a while. Usually it will come with some eye strain. And that's your sign to rest. (*)
